Whitsunday prawn & avocado tian with lemon myrtle oil

Chilled peppered beef on a horiatiki salad with cherry balsamic & olive oil

Braised beef cheek with confit garlic & horseradish mash with sauteed swiss chard & red wine jus

Truffle chicken with beetroot & Persian fetta risotto finished with prosciutto wrapped asparagus

Dessert

Caramel tartlet, white chocolate & hazelnut truffle and raspberry macaroon

VIP Tickets are $100 each and can be booked directly with me. An invoice will be sent to you for payment to save any additional booking charges.

We are obviously at the hands of Covid, but being an outdoor event we are able to host larger numbers – and refunds will of course be available if guests are not able to attend due to boarder closures etc, (cancelation dates will be advised).

They also have the Apron Eats section $5.00 entry charge per adult (this charge is for entry to the runway, you then purchase dinner from one of our food stalls and eat on the runway).
